Amazing 1920s hand carved cameo set into an 18ct yellow gold mount with twisted rope detail and both brooch and pendant fittings. The handmade gold mount appears to be a slightly later replacement. The detail and workmanship on the shell cameo is really remarkable. A good sturdy piece in excellent condition.
Marked for 18ct (750). Measures 51mm x 39mm. Weight: approx 14.5g.
