Once the design is agreed, Siobhan will ask for 50% deposit. The remaining amount is payable on completion. If you live in the local area, the final amount can be paid on collection.

If you live elsewhere, Siobhan will send you photos of the finished product for your approval. Once approval has been given, Siobhan will require the remaining balance before sending the item.

For how to pay, please go to our “How can I pay?” FAQ.

For online purchases, you can pay via bank transfer, credit card, Paypal, postal order or cheque (within Australia only).

If you wish to use a credit card, payment is via Paypal although you do not have to have a Paypal account in order to do so. We use Paypal as a secure payment gateway so that this website is not responsible for holding any secure details.

For jewellery commissions you can pay by all of the above – plus good old fashioned cash! However, if you wish to pay via Paypal and credit card (through Paypal) please advise us at the time of the quote so that we can factor in 2.4% Paypal fees (we don’t already factor this on to the price like most stores do).

Australian buyers please note that if paying by cheque, the item will not be shipped until payment has cleared. You should allow up to a week from the time we receive it for this to happen.

If using bank transfer for items bought online, bank account details will appear at the end of the shopping cart process. If you missed it, do please email us!
